Please upload a high-resolution photo of your pet taken in good lighting, preferably front-facing. Clear images yield the best results.

2. Can I preview the design before it’s printed?

Yes! We send a digital proof to your email for approval before production begins.

3. How long does it take to receive my custom item?

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days depending on your location.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times and fees vary by destination.

5. Are the tablecloths and napkins machine washable?

Yes, all our products are machine washable with cold water on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.

6. Can I add more than one pet to a single product?

Absolutely! Just upload clear images of each pet and specify your request in the notes at checkout.

7. What materials are your products made from?

We use soft, durable, and high-quality polyester that’s perfect for everyday use and easy to clean.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing your custom artwork.

9. Do you offer gift packaging?

Currently, we do not offer gift packaging, but our products are packaged securely and neatly.

10. I forgot to upload my image. What should I do?

11. What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong design or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

12. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

We’re so sorry! Please send us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
