1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Policy

  • USA: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 7 business days after shipment.
  • Europe: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 15 business days after shipment.
  • International: Shipping times and rates vary. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will be happy to assist.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, we begin processing your custom design and cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. Custom Orders

All our products are made to order using your pet's portrait or design details. Please make sure you upload high-quality images and review all personalization options before placing the order.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect customer data necessary for fulfilling orders and do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
